HOBBSVILLE – Alfred Franklin Stallings, Jr., 94, of Sandy Cross Road, Hobbsville, and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, died Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Elizabeth City Health & Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Sandy Cross Baptist Church. A private burial will follow in the church cemetery. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
