BELVIDERE – Lewis Henry Stallings, 95, of Sandy Cross Road, Belvidere, died Friday, June 29, 2018. Funeral services were conducted Monday, July 2, 2018 in the Hertford Baptist Church. Burial was in the Up River Cemetery. Twiford Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, handled the arrangements.
