WINTON – Winborne Vann Jr., 79, of Winton died Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Sunday, June 24, 2018 in the Chapel of Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, who is handling the arrangements.
