WINDSOR – James Frank Allen, 72, of Bud’s Lane, Windsor, died Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Brian Health and Rehabilitation Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
