WINDSOR – Rudolph Pugh, 79, of Woodard Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Martin General Hospital, Williamston. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
