WILLIAMSTON – Noah Stokes Rascoe, 64, of Williamston died Monday, April 16, 2018 at Martin General Hospital, Williamston. Burial was on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Williamston, followed by a memorial service at Word of Truth Fellowship, Williamston. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
