WINDSOR – Naomi Cherry Outlaw Taylor, 97, of Windsor died Friday, March 30, 2018 at UNC Rex Healthcare, Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at St. Matthews Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Harmon Family Cemetery, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
