MILWAUKEE – Millard S. Deloatch, 94, of Milwaukee died Friday, March 23, 2018 at Elizabeth City Health & Rehab. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at St. John AME Church, Conway. Burial will be in the Deloatch Family Cemetery, Conway. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
