WINDSOR – Emaline Hoggard Baker, 99, of Bakertown Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, March 6, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Windsor Assembly of God. A private burial will follow. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
