WINDSOR – Jessie Doughtie Cutrell, 90, of Gatling Street, Windsor, a native of Gates County, died January 18, 2018 at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, Tarboro. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday March 3, 2018 at Cashie Baptist Church, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
