WINDSOR – Mamie Frances Leggett Hoggard, 87, of Bull Hill Road, Windsor, died Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Brian Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Ross Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
