LAUREL, MD – Oswald Nocomas Gilliam, 66, of Laurel, Maryland, formerly of Windsor, died Monday, February 5, 2018 at Sibyel Memorial Hospital, Washington, DC. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
