WINDSOR – Willie Randolph Moore, 82, of Windsor died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the Brian Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Emmanuel Full Gospel Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Peterson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Merry Hill.
