WINTON – Terrance Lee Tann, 44, of Winton died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Elks National Shrine (Ralph Smith Building), Winton. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
