WILLIAMSTON – Minnie Frances Swain Outlaw, 76, of Williamston, formerly of Windsor, died Friday, January 26, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
