WINDSOR – William Garner Hoggard 57, of US Highway 13 North, Windsor, died Friday, January 4, 2018 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.
