WINDSOR – David Carroll Bowen, 66, of Stokes Street, Windsor, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday January 6, 2018 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements.
