WINDSOR – Thelma Raynor Hoggard, 94, a resident of Three Rivers Nursing Home, and formerly of Rhodes Avenue, Windsor, died Sunday, December 31, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018 in the chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. A private burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
