CARTHAGE – William Benjamin Hoggard, 75, of Carthage, a native of Bertie County, died Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at DeKalb Medical Center in Georgia. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Hoggard Family Center in the St. John community.
