WINDSOR – Fred Henry Cooper Sr., 96, of Windsor died Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
