WINDSOR – Westley Lee Brown, 60, of Windsor died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Windsor Community Building. Burial will follow in the Cooper Family Cemetery, Windsor.
