WINDSOR – Samuel Earl Smallwood, 69, of Cedar Landing Road, Windsor, died Friday, October 13, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the Indian Woods Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
