MERRY HILL – Hester James Archer, 89, of Merry Hill died Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Windsor House, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Emmanuel Full Gospel Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Archer Family Cemetery, Merry Hill.
