WILLIAMSTON – Josephine Speight Howell, 81, of Williamston died Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Poplar Point Missionary Baptist Church, Oak City. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Williamston. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
