PARROTTSVILLE, TN – Ernest Wayne Miller 65, of Parrottsville, TN, a military veteran of the Vietnam War, died Saturday, August 5, 2017 at his stepdaughter’s home in Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2017 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. A memorial service will be held in Newport, TN at 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2017.
