AULANDER – Thomas Eugene Outlaw, 64, of Aulander died July 29, 2017 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at the Carpenter’s Shop International Church, Ahoskie. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
