WINDSOR – John Louis Harrell, 76, of Windsor died July 7, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Phillippi Baptist Church, Cofield.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
