HAMILTON – Joyce Marie Mitchell Howell, 74, of Hamilton died Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Oak City. Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery, Oak City.
