WINDSOR – Harry Lee Rascoe Sr., 80, of Jamestown Road, Windsor, died Friday, July 7, 2017 at East Carolina Rehab & Wellness Center, Greenville. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Rascoe Family Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
