KINSTON – Shana Paige Dunn, 46, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2017 at her home in Kinston.

Born December 25, 1970, she was the daughter of Franklin Stuart and Linda Barnes Dunn. Shana grew up in Snow Hill and was a graduate of Greene Central High School. She continued her secondary education and worked at Caswell Center for many years.

Her surviving family includes her parents, Stuart and Linda Dunn of Snow Hill; brother, Chris Dunn and wife, Rebecca of Southern Pines, NC; paternal grandmother, Edith Dunn of Ahoskie; uncle and aunt, Ronnie Dunn and wife, Robin of Cary; cousins, Bradley Dunn of Winston Salem and Jeremy Dunn of Smithfield; a nephew, C.J. Dunn; and her special pup-pups, Haleigh and Rockie.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, at Calvary Memorial United Methodist Church in Snow Hill. The family will receive friends immediately following in the church fellowship hall.
