BROOKYLN, NY – Jurlene Bell Person, 78, formerly of Windsor, died Thursday, June 29, 2017 in New York. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Mt. Ararat Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Bell Family Cemetery, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
