RALEIGH – Willie Otelia Watson, 88, of Raleigh died Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Transition Life Care, Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Church of God for all People, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
