WINDSOR – Richard Bernard Watson, 54, of Governor’s Road, Windsor, died Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Bertie- Martin Regional Jail, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Church of God for All People, Windsor. Burial, with military honors, will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in the Albert G. Horton Jr. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Suffolk, VA.
