MARGARETTSVILLE – Joyce Deloatch Rawles, 55, of Margarettsville died Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Nebo Baptist Church, Murfreesboro. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
