WINDSOR – Meredith Pritchard Hoggard, 62, of Bull Hill Road, Windsor, died Friday, April 14, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday April 19, 2017 in the Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
