ROANOKE RAPIDS – Theodore Short, Sr., 83, of Roanoke Rapids, died March 27, 2017. Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at New Jerusalem Holiness Church, Garysburg. Burial followed in the Lillie’s Chapel Church Cemetery, Garysburg. H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, handled the arrangements.
