Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
