BURLINGTON – Joyce Powell of Burlington, a native of Hertford County, died Friday, March 17, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Newsome Grove Baptist Church, Ahoskie. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Ahoskie. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
