WINDSOR – Andrew Alexander Cowan of Windsor died March 12, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Victory Temple, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Veale Family Cemetery. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
