WINDSOR – William Franklin Pierce, 66, of Castelloe Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements.
