WINDSOR – Bobby Neal Brown, 75, of Tennyson Lane, Windsor, died Monday, March 6, 2017 at Vidant Bertie Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday March 9, 2017 at Cashie Baptist Church. Burial with military honors will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
