GATES – Johnnie F. Taylor, 70, of Gates, died Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Creekside Care and Rehab, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at New Piney Wood Chapel, Drum Hill. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
