WINTON – The Hertford County Sheriff’s Office has made the following arrests recently:

Dwight Jakari Walton was arrested on 11/03/2016 and charged with two counts of Breaking and Entering, three counts of Possession Stolen Firearm, two counts of Larceny after B&E, three counts of Possession of Stolen Goods, three counts of Firearm by Felon, Two Counts of Larceny of Motor Vehicle, and Three counts of Larceny of a

Firearm.

This was the result of an investigation conducted by Investigator Chase Oliver who was working on a breaking and entering of Harrellsville Metal Works.

Walton’s bond is $130,000 secured.

Cedric Terell Jenkins was arrested on 12/21/2016 and charged with one count of Felony Breaking and Entering, one count of Possession of Burglary Tools and one count of Injury to Real Property. This was the result of a call for service for a breaking and entering in progress. Once on the scene, HCSO deputies gave a short chase on foot through a wooded area in the Union Community and the suspect was apprehended.

His bond was $10,000 secured.

Corey Alexander Bell was arrested on 12/24/2016 and charged with one count of Felony Breaking and Entering, and one count of Resist/Delay/Obstruct. This arrest was the result of work by HCSO Investigator Ryan Chichester regarding a residential break-in case. Sgt. Ruffin and Deputy Palmer were attempting to serve the outstanding

warrant on Corey Bell when he fled on foot and after a short foot pursuit he was caught by both deputies and take into custody.

His bond was $12,000 secured.

Carla Askew Burden was arrested on 12/28/2016 and charged with one count of possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, one count of misdemeanor marijuana paraphernalia, and a order for arrest was served for driving on a revoked license.

Burden’s bond was $2,500 secured.

James Paul Cobb was arrested on 12/29/2016 and charged with one count of Rcbbery With a Dangerous Weapon. His bond was $20,000 secured and he made his first court appearance on 12/30/2016.

The U-Turn Gas Station on US 258 in Como was

robbed on Christmas Day by one person. An investigation led by Chase Oliver resulted in Cobb’s arrest.

Tiffany Marrie Clark was arrested on 12/29/2016 and charged with one count of Driving While License Revoked, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond was $400 secured. Sgt. Leon Eason was the arresting Deputy.

Regina Shanea Thompson was arrested on 12/28/2016 for Failure to Appear in court, Driving while License Revoked. Her bond was $300 secured. Sgt. William Harrison was the arresting Deputy.

Ragneesh Trumane Benton was arrested on 12/04/2016 for an outstanding warrant for Assault inflicting Serious Bodily Injury. His bond was $2,500 secured. Chief Deputy William Liverman was the arresting deputy.

Jamall Spruill was arrested on 12/06/2016 for Failure to Appear/Child Support Arrears. His bond was $300 cash. Sgt. William Harrison was the arresting deputy.

Marquitta Denise Bess was arrested on 12/08/2016 for a Failure to Appear/ Shoplifting/Concealment of Goods. Her bond was $1,500 secured. The arresting deputy was Investigator William Lassiter.

Tyesha Monique Brinkley was arrested on 12/10/2016 for a

outstanding warrant for Simple Assault. Her bond was $300 secured. Sgt. Tyrone Ruffin was the arresting deputy.

Trequan Tyrik Boone was arrested on 12/11/2016 for a

outstanding warrant for Simple Assault. The arresting deputy was Sgt. Tyrone Ruffin.

Michael Sylvester Sessoms was arrested on 12/15/2016 for

Failure to Appear/Owl. His bond was $1000 secured. The arresting deputy was Kimani Stanley.

Grant Rasheed Harrell was arrested on 12/05/2016 for Failure to Appear/ Child Support. His bond was $119 cash. The arresting deputy was Sgt. Leon Eason.

James Randolph Reid was arrested on 12/23/2016 for Failure to Appear/Child Support Arrears. His bond was $500 cash. He was also charged with Grand Larceny/

Fugitive Warrant out of state, and is currently being held under no bond awaiting extradition. The arresting deputy was Sgt. William Harrison.

Dominque O. Carter was arrested on 12/16/2016 for Assault by Strangulation, Assault on a Female, and Communicating Threats. He was automatically held for 48 hours, with no bond pursuant to Domestic Violence. The arresting deputy was Investigator Chase Oliver.

Rakeem Trekel Stephenson was arrested on 12/20/2016 for

Larceny. His bond was $500 unsecured. The arresting deputy was Kimani Stanley.

Donta Jamar Everette was arrested on 12/04/2016 for Simple Assault. His bond was $1,000 secured. The arresting deputy was Sgt. lssaii Williams.

Marcus Fennell was arrested 12/04/2016 for Simple Assault. His bond was $1,000 secured. The arresting deputy was Sgt. Tyrone Ruffin.
