RICH SQUARE – Everett Shoulars Jr., 60, of Chapel Hill Church Road, Rich Square, died Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Vidant Roanoke- Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 2, 2017 in the Rich Square Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Moore Family Cemetery, Rich Square.
