WINDSOR – Gladys Rae Burch Mizelle 73, of Windsor Village Apartments, Windsor, died Monday, December 19, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2016 in the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
