WINDSOR – Terrance Christopher Baylor, 63, of Windsor died Monday, December 5, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Tabernacle the Pillar of Fire Ministries, Windsor. Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2016 at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Baltimore, MD. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
