WINDSOR – Ella Brown Baylor, 55, of Windsor died Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Tabernacle The Pillar of Fire Ministries, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Springhill Church Cemetery, Lewiston.
