WINDSOR – Franklin Roosevelt Watson, 84, died Friday, November 11, 2016 at Three Rivers Health & Rehab Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Church of God For All People, Windsor.  Burial will follow in the church. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
