ROANOKE RAPIDS – Elmo Sidney Lewis, 91, of Roanoke Rapids, died Sunday, November 6, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016 at St. Matthews AME Church, Weldon. Burial will follow in the Roanoke Salem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Garysburg. H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, is handling the arrangements.
