DURHAM – Ola Irene Wiggins Outlaw, 82, of Durham, formerly of Ahoskie, died Friday, November 4, 2016 at Carver Living Center, Durham. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Mill Branch Missionary Baptist Church, Aulander. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
